MDS003 Record Cover

Record cover design for Oakland-based independent record label, Main Drain Studios. The tension between control and chaos within the music are conveyed visually through a handmade composition using ephemeral materials.

Graphite powder was meticulously laid down to create the title of the EP. It is then destroyed to create a contrasting image.
